It’s a pretty fun place, but it is also very expensive. Unless you have a Gold Season Pass, you have to pay $20-30 for parking alone. And then there’s the $60 you pay to get into the actual park... And then there’s the fact that: To feed a family of four, it’ll cost you around $40-60. It’s a fun park, and the lines aren’t too bad most of the time, but it’ll only be good for you if you have about $200 readily available, or if you have a Season Pass which ranges from about $100-200 normally... I’m not even going to go into the security restrictions...
Great theme park. Showing its age in places but well maintained so it is pleasant. Great value for families. No outside food is allowed and in the park food is expensive. Parking lot is a distance making return trip to eat an hassle. Park is clean and rides are fun and varied.
I had a great time with my grandchildren. I had planned on getting souvenirs when we left the park. Not get them and have to carry them around. As the park was closing so we're all the stores. It would be nice if the stores should stay open for at least 1/2 an hour after closing to give people time to get something.
Not as many large roller coasters as Great Adventure in NJ but very kid friendly. Plenty of rides for our 3 year old. The baby center was fabulous. It offered an air conditioned room to change and feed our 2 mo old baby. It even had rockers inside the stalls! A great place to spend half a day. It's open noon to 6 pm in the off season.
While we have been season pass holders for the better part of 15 years I think the place needs some updating. They charge like the big boys but offer less as far as rides. We do frequent other parks in the chain and can use our passes there as well so that is a bonus. Will continue to be season ticket holders but want better rides or more value, something has to give.
