I ordered my husband's Birthday cake from Lake George Baking Company, we were all very very happy with the cake. Not only did it look beautiful but it was moist and amazingly good. Usually when we order cakes we have a problem with the colored icing tasting very chemically from the food dye, my husband's cake had a very dark blue color for decorating so I was a little nervous, however this blue icing was delicious, no chemical taste at all. We will get cakes for every Birthday in our family of 5 from Lake George Baking Company!!!!

This could very well be called Lake George House of Delicious!! Everything there is among the best I've ever had, from the eclairs and Fudge Fancies to the cakes!! Never been disappointed...
