Got a free class upgrade to 4WD for the winter roads. Very nice staff and great service.

Enterprise facility convenient to where we were staying. Prompt pick-up to drive us to the agency. Great car that comfortably allowed us to see a good part of the Adirondacks and Lake George area.

Called to book/reserve a car, was told I could get it at 11:30 AM. I was then forwarded to another person who told me the earliest I could get it would be 4-4:30. I call at 4:30 to follow up on the status of my reservation and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and went with another company.

I rented several times within the last month. The first time was a great experience and the employee I dealt with was wonderful. She is very friendly and professional.

Normally I receive superior service at Enterprise at the Roselle Park location in NJ. However I'm upstate for work purposes and it doesn't feel the same. First, Entperise boast about being a car company the gives you a ride but I've experienced the opposite here. They refused to pick me up 5mins away to bring me to Enterprise in order to pick up my rental. Second, I returned the car after office hours, turned in the key since last night and has yet to be contacted by Enterprise to discuss my closing out rental fees. When I call before 6pm the phone continues to ring out without an answer. I'm honestly very disappointed in the way this particular Enterprise opperates, very poor service.

However, the second time I rented I was given inaccurate & inconsistent information from the start, from being told there's no after hours drop at the Glens Falls location to the price of the rental which I reserved for one rate, and when I went to pick it up was being told another (almost double). The vehicle I wanted was not available. The plates were expired on the other one. The Branch manager was highly unprofessional. She rolled her eyes and shook her head exhibiting frustration at me. My credit card was never credited as it was supposed to be for unused gas I was charged for OR the half day rental charge due to being told there was no after hours drop in Glens Falls by the reservations rep. I was quoted inaccurately for a weekly rental through my company discount. It took me 55 minutes to do a simple pick up on a reservation made 4 days prior that should have been simple. The customer service by the BM was deplorable. I've been in customer service for decades, and I was shocked. I was also accused of asking for a free upgrade when I never asked to be upgraded. They were out of cars and had vehicles come back with damage and that's how I got upgraded. Regardless. It's not a good look for your company.
