My kids and I are patients here. The dental hygientist is very sweet. The front office staff is great. the office manager, Karan is excellent.
Very good Service.. And Dr. Mark Franklin is Super and explains everything. And does not rush you!
Mr. Franklin worst dentist I ever had (the staff were great though). After he did two fillings, those teeth kept hurting badly to the point I lost weight because I couldn't eat properly (it hurt everytime I ate). I went back and he re-did the fillings and kept saying to use toothpaste for sensitive teeth. I used that but pain did not go away every time I ate or drank. I went back for something else and told him it kept hurting, he said to wait 1 month, I waited 3 -4 months and the pain still did not go away. I went to a different dentist and she said the pain was because I needed a root canal, because the nerve was dying. I'm not sure why Mr. Franklin did not do more research to figure out why I was in pain, but I witch to Baybrook and I love it there. Mr. Franklin never made me feel like I was in good hands, I felt more like "I don't know why it hurts, just deal with it and it will go away one day". So frustrating. I'm so happy I switched.
I go to this dentist office. The girl that works with the billing is very patient and understanding. Her name is Karan. The office staff are very sweet, the woman who cleans my teeth did a wonderful job. The dentist takes his time with me and doesn't Rush an elderly woman. Excellent place to go.
I had a horrible tooth ache they couldn't get me in for Friday so Monday I said was fine and then I show up Monday with my kids and they tell me they won't see me because I have my children with me. I have never in my life been turned around bc I brought my well behaved kids with me to my appointment. I would never recommend this place to anyone absolutely not
