The people at Sprint are very helpful with lots of problems that I've had in the past with my phone they're very friendly and nice
Was lied to about coverage area. Sales Rep failed to do her job and DID NOT register all of my phones for the Buy Back Program. She needs to find another career. Im going back to Verizon. For some reason if you want to go to Sprint, ask for India. She has been very helpful in this process and picked up where the other rep dropped the ball. They didn't win me back, but she made the transition a lot smoother for me. It's the ONLY reason why I'm giving 3 STARS.
Worst excuse for a store I’ve ever seen. 1 worker during peak hours and even they aren’t even competent. Love standing in a room for an hour just to buy a $1000 phone
Worst store ever. Rene waited on me. Signed me up for 3 lines for $110 (special that was running). Told me I got the iPhone SE for free (worse phone ever). First bill comes and it is over $400 including an installment charge for my free phone. Visited and called store repeatedly. Rene disappeared off the face of the earth. Asked for the Manager's name and was told they are not allowed to give out that information. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Got a call from Corporate and was basically told that I was making up the $110 plan. It didn't exist. Switched me to another plan for $145 for 3 lines. Bill came today and it is $420. So back to the BBB and Corporate office to shut down my account. I am not going through this every month. Avoid Sprint and this store especially Rene!
The best customer service I have had in this store. Marla and Eric were great. They treated me as if I was one of the family. Very knowledgeable about the phones and the plans they promote. I would recommend this store to everyone. Marla took time to explain all the new features of my phone to me so that I could understand how to use it. Eric was a great help to my husband who was having some serious phone issues. Best customer service by far with these 2 employees in the store.
