Went for a couples massage during vacation and it was incredible. My husband says it was the best massage he ever had. We both felt wonderful after and were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Highly recommend and would definitely visit again when in the area!!!
I have had many massages, in part to treat chronic pain conditions. This was not one of my best massages; while nothing terrible happened, I doubt I'll return. They used one of those aromatherapy diffusers in the waiting room that smelled nice, but was completely overpowering and had me on the verge of a migraine. Also, they had a really gorgeous locker room, but it was down the hall from the treatment room and across from the waiting room. Where all sorts of people got to see me walk from the locker room... Finally, my biggest complaint was the actual content of my massage. I asked my massage therapist to focus on my back, shoulders, and neck. She verbally confirmed this, but then spent a large portion of time massaging the rest of my body. I was very stressed out about the amount of time she was going to have to spend on my back, which was very tight and knotted, but I was assured it would be fine. I could tell, when she finally reached my shoulders, that she had underestimated how much time she would need. She rushed through certain aspects, and ended up running over the allotted time. I was disappointed mainly because my requests were ignored.
AMAZING. I had Crystal and it could not have been more perfect. You walk in and your welcomed, the place smells so nice it's just so pretty and amazing. The reception lady made her first priority. She had a phone call and made them wait and helped me right when I was done with my paper work. It was just amazing so relaxing and when I left it felt like I was floating on a cloud. I would definitely stop by if you ever pass it. And I will definitely be going back before I go back to Florida.
Great spa, great products! The use of a shower will cost you $35! Even though I booked several appointments for my self and a friend. Someone might want to tell the owner that it is a awful policy! If you have a service it should be complementary, I understand charging with out a service you don't want people coming in and just using the steam room. But seriously what I'm saying is common practice in every other spa I have ever been to, and that's a lot! So get with the program LADY! If your just looking for a treatment though the therapist are very good! Probably will not go back unless they change the policy there not the only spa in town!
I went to the spa to get waxing done and my therapist was Catelyn and I must say she is probably the most patient and detailed person who has ever done waxing on my face. Most of the time I'm disappointed with the outcome but I was really satisfied with her work . Thumbs up for you Catelyn
