I found that Shay from Lowes, was exceptionally helpful in my purchase of floor tiles. He helped me to find everything I had on my checklist for my project. Needless to say we then went to Home Depot, got a better price from a nicer employee and will be buying a door from them instead.
My wife asked if there were any options for the door and the employee, Ed (Mcarthy ?), was horribly rude. He replied in an extremely exaggerated and condescending voice: "Well, uh YEAH!" If I wasn't in a state of shock and our five year old wasn't there I would have been tempted to punch him in the face.

My most recent experience with Lowe's has been great! Customers service reps were helpful. Sales rep in appliances who helped me with purchasing my new dryer was helpful. If he didn't know the answer, he went out of his way to find it for me.
