6/13 update. They don't even do repairs on lawn equipment. Website is misleading
Run around. On the website it indicates repairs and parts is open 10am to 3pm. I call to set up an appointment for a lawn mower repair. I am sent off property to some remote location where I am told I must ask for merchandise to get an appointment. I had requested parts and repair, crazy I know. So they cannot transfer me, I must call the store back. I call back, select merchandise and the phone rings until it hangs up on me. I call again this time asking for lawn and garden, a man answers and immediately puts me on hold. That was 5 minutes ago and I am still on hold. Hung up. Pathetic customer service and you wonder why they are failing as a company. Terrible experience. I give them one more chance to redeem themselves, call back asking for customer service and again it rings until they disconnect the call.
