I have never met any of the agents in person but was referred to the agency by my co-worker. That was over 5 years ago! I call Hughes and get all of my vehicle and home insurance through them year after year! A real person answers the phone (so refreshing not to hear the annoying "please press this or that" prompts) and they manage to get some of the best rates! They also don't make it seem like it's your mother talking to you when they discuss the driving record for auto insurance quotes. Love them!

I first paid 360$ a month for full coverage. The. It went down to 170$. Now it's back up to 270$ for absolutely no reason. The people that work there didn't have an answer. Insurance people are not good people in general. I'm sorry for anyone who's been screwed by these people it's not fair
