Prices are never as advertised! Furniture made of plywood! Delete all bad reviews and negative comments from facebook so all you can see are the positives and they don't resolve issues when clients are upset they take your money and if your not happy that's it and they block you!!!! That's horrible customer service DONT BUY HERE
Unprofessional, damaged car while loading doors because the employees "helping" wouldn't wait a second and just pushed it ruining a center console. Office lady kept annoying me, I wasn't paid in full but they were trying to load it into the car and I didn't want them to damage it. Too little too late for that. They refused responsibility for it. Barn doors ordered took twice as long as expected and a cheap looking product... better off getting something at home depot or lowes, or even making it yourself to save the $750 tag. Had excuses the whole way and nothing was ever there fault. Poor sytems. Poorly run. Hire some people with some business experience. **POORLY RUN, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NEVER WILL BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE AGAIN**

I had ordered a custom bar which I plan to use as my kitchen island for now, and let me just say that it came out exactly how I envisioned it. I am so in love with the piece I have received from them. Also a big shout out to Marla for being amazing, and understanding and joy to work with. Also a big shout out to the guys that helped us load it into the truck, as they were very kind and extremely helpful. My brother came to help me pick up my piece and well let's just say he also fell in love with their work, that we made room in the truck for an island for his house as well. I will most definitely be returning in the future for more beautiful pieces. Thank you again to the amazing team at square nail rustics! You are guys are great keep up the good work!!!
