Worst dealership experience ever. If I could give them zero stars I would. At first I was happy with them as they were willing to work out a deal over the phone. We had agreed on everything and I was sent a copy of the agreement. When I arrived to pick up the new vehicle the deal had changed overnight. The explanation I got was "it's only a few dollars more a month it's the best we can do". Then six days later, after already taking ownership of the vehicle the financial manager called to try and change the deal again. I called my personal bank and immediately refinanced for less interest. I will never again do business with Della and am making it a point to tell everyone about my terrible experience with them. Do yourself a favor and avoid Della.
Brought my truck in for service. Also decided for a detail on the interior. The interior was loaded with dog hair and road salt from winter. The service issue was resolved perfectly. Somehow the people in the detail department got my truck like new. Way beyond what I thought could be done. Weeks later and I'm still in awe. Only downside is my wife wants to drive my truck more , now that it's so clean. :-) Wish I could give them more than five stars.
It would also seem there's a fee for everything just to be looked at. If your b2b ran out get ready for fees. Being nickel and dimed is somewhat expected, but I don't appreciate the Service Writer making me feel cheap.
Our car engine light came on and we lost oil pressure while traveling to visit family for Thanksgiving. This shop was amazing!. We showed up with 3 kids and a dog and waited comfortably in their customer lounge while they squeezed my car into their busy shop. Less than an hour later they had us fixed and back on the road. Many thanks!
Heater still doesn't work right and winter is coming. Well an update to my first post, still no heat but now they wanna charge us $900.00 more to replace the heater core that's the problem now I guess on top of the first $1200.00+. Supposedly the actuator was bad the first time but it's funny how the heater didn't work any different after the repair just more damage done to the car. Like the molding piece along the windshield has a tab broke off on it so now it's sticks out on top. Even has tar like stuff all over the carpet up in front console area. Rip in the dash pad now too. Will be seeking other help in this matter just wish we never took it for repairs.
