Look how this business responds to negative reviews. Bullies, name calls and makes false claims. Here is a tip on how your response should be " We are sorry you had a bad experience, please call or stop in and see if we can take care of it" This speaks to their professionalism.
I went in expecting to have to fend off pushy salespeople as I attempted to shop for car. What I got was professional, down to earth, salesmanship, which is hard to come by these days. I was respected as a buyer and I got straightforward answers to any question I had. I tip my hat to these guys! Great experience.

Was very pleased with the car shoppe! There prices you can’t beat. They are very honest and made sure my family and I were taken care of. I could tell chris went out of his way for us. Which you don’t see very many places. Typically you get bombarded when going to look for a vehicle but they didn’t push once and knew what I wanted.
I bought a truck a few months back, I love it and am very happy with the service I received then and today. What wasn't right was taken care of . Yesterday I called about a leak and was told bring it in first thing this morning. I was there by 8am, they found the problem, and resolved it by 10 am and sent me on my way with no out of pocket cost to me. Very appreciative of that and Thank you very much for prompt service.
We bought a $7,500 vehicle from them. 2 days after the sale it died. Had to bring it back so they could replace sensors. Less than 2 months of owning it we have spent an additional $1,200. The oil was leaking along with the power steering fluid. Not just a small leak the reservoirs were empty. Rear brakes were metal on metal, hole in the muffler and catalytic convertor. We began not to trust them and we were correct. They were saying we needed front brakes and to replace the oil pan. Yes, they would waive the labor but we had to pay for the parts. Before we did that we took the car to a local garage that has done work on our other vehicles. That garage called me back after it was on the lift. There were no issues with the oil pan (it was brand new) and the front brakes were fine. The rear brakes were the issue, they were metal on metal and there was a hole in the muffler. So The Car Shoppe wanted me to buy and replace parts that were not needed and wouldn't fix the real issue.

I've asked to see their results from the "125 Point Inspection" that they say they do before they sell the car. No response, I'm sure they have no documentation. How can it pass their inspection if the rear brakes are metal on metal, fluids pouring out, etc.? Again, we've only had the car 2 months. Chris the owner was no help. He got upset when I asked for them to cover the parts and laughed. When I threatened to report him to the Better Business Bureau and complain and give him bad reviews online, he made a claim that I threatened his life and families life. However when I told him that the phone call was recorded his tune changed real quick and backed off that lie and accusation. This really is a shady business, replacing parts that don't need to be and leaving other parts breaking down and jeopardizing customers lives in the process. Reported them to the BBB and trying to save people from making the same mistake.
