My fiance had to go here because he was having hearing problems and it was Easter Sunday. Service was fast, and the staff was pleasant. The facility is clean and comfortable.
I've never had a problem with this place. The office girls are always very nice and the doctors are always willing to do whatever they can. I have experienced long waits but that's not always the case and it's nothing like convenient medical over off Quaker road, sat there for 3 hours numerous times. If u don't have a primary care, this place is a great alternative.
They diagnosed him with a simple ear infection, its been a week and half and he still is suffering from hearing loss. He went back for a second time because it seemed to make sense to go see the same doctor. They recommended a ENT specialist. Called the number they provided on a printed list of local specialists. It was a disconnected line. He brought this to the attention of the staff who recommended him. Staff then started googling to find another specialist. Yes, googling. The reason people prefer recommendations from other doctors is because of the expertise and experience would make it seem like a "smarter"/better option. Anyone can google local doctors, but that's the right way to choose one. At least, its not the right way for doctor to choose one for a patient.
We came in Sunday evening around 7 on the long July 4th holdiday weekend. We were driving through on our way home. They were fast, pleasant and helpful in diagnosing our issue via x-ray, stabilizing the foot and providing us with the films for our ortho Dr. The overall experience was great.
All in all, alright facility, but def not the sharpest medical personnel around. Probably only go here if the medical needs are rather simple and straight forward.
Fast but impersonal. I have been twice once for me and once for my daughter. I will say that their office staff were pleasent and Chad the student nurse was wonderful. But they horribly misdiagnosised my daughter- a simple diagnosis that the only reason we took her was that her primary was closed and I felt she needed medication before they would open. And the time I went for myself I saw the NP for 5 min and the "evaluation" was laughable. I would have assumed they all wanted to go home but they were scheduled to be open for several hours longer. Save your co pay and try some place else
All of the staff was helpful and courteous, except the PA. We would NOT recommend this to anyone else. Better to seek more through care elsewhere.
