THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! My husband came here for an ACTIVE workers comp injury. The office put his bill in threw his private insurance instead of comp. Dr. Kurcher then had the nerve to write in his file he FELT it was not a work related injury therefore possibly jeapordizing his case. WHO THE HELL IS THIS MAN TO SAY THAT?? My thought is he put the bill threw my husbands insurance in order to get his $$ quicker!!! SCAM!!!! We have told insurance do not accept any bills from this office and are now going to a different place. IF YOU HAVE A COMP CASE, STAY AWAY!!!
Don't think we will return due to the mouthy judgmental receptionist. Shame that's what you get first thing stepping into the office.
Kirkpatrick was very full of homself and pushy. Kept telling me I had to get this surgery done ...pushed and pushed I finally made an appointment but then cancelled due to a conflict ..a week later he sent me a letter stating I needed to find a new doctor.
All staff have been extremely helpful. Dr. Kirkpatrick is kind , understanding and compassionate. He listens and never rushes you out! He genuinely cares and has made numerous calls to check on medical issues. I highly recommend North country Sports Medicine. The PA's and nurses are wonderful as well.
