id give this place a lower rating but it wont allow me to. i called for 15 mins and no one answered when someone finally did answer she was a rude bit** when i mentioned someone not answering the phone. she was completely unprofessional and claimed that one customer is more important than another. in my humble opinion no customer is better than anyone else. treat everyone with good service because i wont be back id rather spend the extra money on me and my fiances engagement rings and be treated like a true person at a better establishment.
