Terrible, the staff sucks. They don't like to admit when they are wrong and force the customer to pay for it. Save your one and money go anywhere else. Trust me the employees don't care about the customers. I paid for rush shipping and it didn't come within the period I was told. Then I went to get my money back for the shipping and they said there was nothing they could do. So disappointed in this place, wish I went to Kay's.
In the one year I have had my jewelry from this store, my engagement ring, and 2 diamond bands and a set of earrings, I have lost multiple diamonds. Every time I have taken them in to be inspected or cleaned within days sometimes even the same day I will lose a diamond from my engagement ring, since May of 2016 my ring has lost 3 diamonds, all within a day or so of reviewing it back from being repaired for around 40 or so days. I have had zero luck with this establishment and would never recommend anyone to purchase they're jewelry from them. The amount of money my husband spent on this ring just for me to constantly have it set out and repaired for it to lose more diamonds, if they're even real diamonds at this point.
