I never write reviews, but this place was so great I just had to make an exception. I was on vacation camping at Lake George and my camper's tow vehicle broke down. Stuck, away from home, on vacation, with a camper trailer that I needed to get back home... I thought "Oh no, this is the perfect opportunity to get raked over the coals for a repair!" But luckily after googling repair shops I called Auto Fix. They got my truck in right away (despite the fact that they were quite busy and had to shuffle things around to make it happen) and diagnosed and repaired the problem at a completely reasonable price while I waited. As I waited and watched the other customers come and go it became apparent that this was a place that really cares about folks. Really a great experience and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I just picked up my car after having some work done. It was done in a timely manner(considering we got 20" of snow the day I dropped it off). I was given a very fair price and had a great experience. Honest, fair, knowledgeable...what else can you ask for?!
