Okay about maybe an hour and a half we are done. Get up to the desk to pay. It is now $830.00 plus tax....what are you going to do we are a,ready done and he said about..it was a big about so we paid and left. I have to say when we left we had felt like we had been way over charged but are son being safe was worth it. After a few days we starting to have a wheel shaking when we stopped? Then a nasty grinding noise when we stopped? So I hated to do it because it's very intimidating to go back and question someone's work but we went in and the men behind the counter are always friendly and helpful. I told them what had been going on, so he said they take it in and have it looked at..no cost! They are awesome right? WRONG! Came back and said that the roaters where warped? WHAT?? You must have been really hard on the brakes? What we have not changed are driving style since we had the car, yes we go over the mountainn to get to the stores but have for 30 years and none of us had an issue. So he said we will replace them "this time" it's been weeks since they put them on not years or months. So we left. Brakes felt good for about two weeks, back to shaking wheel and grinding noise. We could go back because we have driven over the mountain road and he told us "last time". I wanted to go in and pitch a fit. I'm retired I thought I'll go and hold a giant sign saying what a rip off they are and to stay away! But word of mouth works much better., especially with ate church! Are priest is no longer going to be a customer nor refer anyone. We took it to a local repair shop. Told him the issue but did not give a name. He said whoever they are should not be allowed to touch a wrench!! He said that they had made the brakes so tight against the roaters it mad them warap and yup they where wrapped again. Had it done correctly. Been driving anywhere we please with no restrictions!! Please do not take your business here! I'm sure for tires they may be fine but not brakes! We learned the hard way! But the best thing is with are large circle of friends and are church community the word will get out to STAY AWAY.

These guys are great! Very helpful and don't try to rip you off. They only fui what they need to.

Stay away! This may be long winded but worth reading. My son and I share a car because he is in college and trying to save money. We have a 2012 Toyota Corolla bought with about 12,000 miles. Runs amazing nothing but regular oil changes and we had front brakes done about 2 years ago. We knew we needed brakes so we asked around at are church any suggestions? Are priest said he takes all his cars to Tire Warehouse for tires and brakes! I said let's go. They took the car on no appointment and not much of a wait. Came back and said we needed front and bake brakes and roaters. They said it would be about $650.00. Are son had been saving up because he knew sooner or later it was going to need some type of repair. So because of the references and they already had it in the shop we said great! We know now are son is going to be safe traveling back and forth to college.

I have always gone to tire warehouse for my tire needs. I have multiple fleet vehicles and always take it to them. I will never ever take any vehicle I own or friend own to them again. From the moment I walked in I felt unwelcome. The second I sat down the guy I was dealing with slammed the door behind me as he walked out of the office, that is not the type of person I want touching my personal vehicle. Not a single person even attempted to apologize to me as we walked out.

Took the extra time needed to properly align my truck and didn't charge me a dime more than they originally quoted. Very professional and thorough.

I have had one experience here and it will be my first and last. If I could give no stars I would. My experience was the classic example of a shady mechanic taking advantage of a woman who is unfamiliar with cars. I brought my car in to have my winter tires switched out with my summer tires. I was overcharged $20 for this service because they billed me for tire size 17-18inch rather than the 16 inch that my car has. I never would have know this mistake if it weren't for my husband who has the same size tires and has the same service done at their shop a week prior for $68. I contacted them immediately and was told to return to the shop for a $20 refund. When I got there, there was no apology, no explanation, nothing! It was almost like they were surprised they got caught. Either they purposely took advantage of my inexperience with cars or the tire experts don't know what size tires they just changed... whether this was due to dishonesty or lack of knowledge, the trust has been destroyed and I will not be returning.
