This is the worst AppleBeas that I've ever been too and more then likely will never come back to this one. Management really needs to get their stuff together and act like a manager.
Food is always either great or awful, there isn't a real in between and the same goes for the service you either get a fantastic waitress/waiter or an appalling human being. It's a 50/50 anytime you go here. I recommend the waitress Sarah, she's excellent if she is still there, she's the only one there who makes sure things are done right for you as a waitress.
At this location the basics can be an issue; If you want a second beer with dinner, plan on waiting 20 minutes. How hard is that to get another beer when the place is practically empty? They don't know how to send an appetizer out with a meal, when requested. Maybe this needs to be better explained to waiter before they walk away. They need to work on 101 level issues here. The food is pretty good though.
Worst dining experience I've ever had. Food took almost an hour and my 3 year olds for came out 15 minutes after the return of the table. I've never had to complain about food it service before in my life. I spent 10 years in the restaurant industry serving and cooking and managing. Spoke with a manager who blamed her entire staff. Totally unprofessional. I'll never come back.
Staff was super short, we had to wait about 25-30 minutes just to order our food and that doesn't include waiting 15 minutes for our drinks when we got there (my boyfriend ordered a milkshake which took an extra 25 minutes just to get to him after me and his brother got our drinks) and ordering our own apps through the little tablet that's on the table because you know, we were starving and could clearly see all wait staff were struggling some. I did not once see a manager walking around helping any staff out what so ever, or even come by and apologize for the wait, nothing. Our food was crappy and came out like it had been sitting for 5-10 minutes. But you know we still stayed and ate because we were hungry, I had gift cards for this place and tried to be sympathetic with our waitress because it seemed like she was having one hell of a night, especially for being new.
The service is good and the food as well .... And i like the happy hours there.
I'm only, and mean only giving this place a 2* because our server was really new and trying her best.
