Good staff, good food, good atmosphere. Never had a bad experience here. Only wish there seating arrangements were a little less cramped.
We arrived at peak. Wait was short.
This was the worst experience I have had at a Dennys, the food was ice cold, the coffee was even cold, and it's not even like it was busy, there were 4 other people in the restaurant. They should fire the cook. So we left but before we did they gave us a bill for 30 bucks, I was so mad, I just paid because I didn't want to argue and end up getting into a fist fight with those people
The waitress was nice but forgot 2 parts of our meal and there was only 1 other family there eating. We had ordered chicken tenders from the appetizer menu and she brought us chicken nuggets from the kids menu. She also forgot the mashed potatoes for the side and the chicken tenders were spicy. We tried them and there was pepper in the chicken. This was terrible and most of the food was almost average. There was a fly all around our food which was annoying and gross and you could tell they poured the chicken nuggets from a bag into the microwave because they were shaped like dinosaurs. The only thing we enjoyed was the chocolate lava cake for dessert. Never coming back, I'll find the same dessert at applebee's.
Meal was very good. Our waitress was helping as short order cook. We didn't know at first & wondered where she was. Apparently, the other cook wasn't there, our waitress was helping in the kitchen as she has experience in cooking too. She did a great job! Bacon was delicious, perfectly cooked, eggs super fluffy. Banana Salted Caramel buttermilk pancakes nice & fluffy. They were a work of art and enjoyed by my daughter.
The cooks do not heat up the already cooked sausage/bacon wish they would. Coffee is great so strong when you put creamer in it barely changes color. All in all good food and service.
Jessica certainly deserves a raise! Not only did Jessica help cook, but also waited tables! Denny's is blessed to have her on staff.
I go for the value slam. Waitresses are great and help in any way they can.
